About training Hitpoints

Hitpoints has no training method of its own: every point of damage you land with melee, ranged, or magic quietly pays out 1.33 HP xp alongside your regular combat xp, so it climbs at roughly a third of the speed of whatever style you train. That means the real question is which damage-dealing method fits your budget and attention span - pick a high-DPS multi-hit method like chinning if you want HP fast, or park at an AFK spot and let it tick up on its own. Most accounts reach 99 Hitpoints without ever deliberately training it.
