About training Construction Construction is the purest gp-for-xp trade in the game: you buy planks, put a demon butler on delivery duty, and build-then-demolish the same furniture in your player-owned house over and over. With deep pockets it becomes one of the quickest 99s available, needing only around 16-30 hours of actual building past level 52, while the Mahogany Homes minigame offers a slower contract-based route that cuts the total bill by more than half.
